There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from SudaTonic™ USA.
- We will refund the full purchase amount to you, minus shipping, providing the item you have received is returned to us within 7 days from the day you received it. The package must be intact and never opened to qualify.
- If this product has been damaged in shipping, the customer must contact SudaTonic™ USA, LLC within 7 days of receiving the product, otherwise the customer is responsible to pay shipping costs for replacement.
- Opened creams are not returnable. If creams were purchased with a complete SudaTonic™ Infrared System Package, then the cost of the opened creams will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Opened boxes containing SudaTonic™ Infrared System products are returnable within 30 days of receipt and subject to a 20% restocking fee, if the following conditions are met:
- The item was purchased directly from SudaTonic™ USA.
- The unused item is repackaged in the original packaging material. You must also return all electric cords, the power unit and adaptors (if applicable), including any software and all documentation received with the original order.
- YOU MUST EMAIL US FIRST. Do not return the item without contacting SudaTonic™ USA first. Email us to let us know in writing why you want to return the product. We will gladly refund your money within 30 days of receiving the returned product and after verification that all refund and/or return conditions have been met.
